Ingredients:  
1 large cut up chicken
flour seasoned with salt and pepper
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 oz. chopped parsley
large pinch of oregano
potatoes peeled and cut into wedges
olive oil
Saute' pan which can be placed in oiven

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge dried chicken pieces in seasoned flour, shake off excess and add to pan in which evoo has been heated.
Add potatoes, garlic and oregano.
When browned place in 325 degree oven until chicken is done.
about 30 to 40 minutes
