1- 15oz. can of Gold Star or Skyline Brand chili (or make from scratch, using "Cincinnati Chili Parlor Chili" recipe)
1- 8oz. block of cream cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.º Allow cream cheese to soften. Spread cream cheese into the bottom of an 8"x8" baking dish. Pour chili over cream cheese. Sprinkle enough shredded cheddar cheese on top to cover the chili. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
