3 cans mexi-corn, drained
2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt to taste
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
1 bunch green onion, chopped
1/2 lime, juiced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate. Serve with Tortilla chips.

I'm not a big fan of dishes with uncooked corn in them, but I love this dip!
