3/4 C margarine
1/2 C grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 t. Italian seasoning OR 1 t. seasoned salt and 2 T. worcestershire sauce.
8 C. Quaker Oat Squares Cereal
1 1/2 C thin pretzel sticks
1 1/2 C. peanuts

Directions:
Heat over to 325º. In 13x9 baking pan, heat margarine in over until melted. Remove pan from oven, stir in cheese and seasoning. Add other ingredients, stirring until well coated. Bake 20 minutes stirring occasionally during baking. Cool. Store in tightly covered container. Approximately 11 cups.
