1/4 C. bottled Italian salad dressing
3 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up
1 slightly beaten egg
2 T. water
1/2 C. parmesan cheese
1/3 C. fine dry bread crumbs
2 T. snipped parsley
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. paprika
1/8 t. pepper

Directions:

Pour salad dressing in 13x9x2 pan. Add chicken pieces to coat on all sides. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours, occasionally spooning over chicken. Drain dressing and save. Combine egg and water. In plastic bag combine cheese, bread crumbs, parsley, seasonings. Dip chicken in the egg mixture and then into the bagged mixture. Place back in pan. Last, sprinkle saved dressing over chicken. Bake for 45-50 minutes at 350º.
