2 C. milk
1/2 C. sugar
3 T. (heaping) flour
2 egg yolks
pinch salt
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in saucepan to scalding stage. Combine egg yolks, sugar, salt and flour. Add milk gradually to this mixture, stirring. Return to pan and stir over low heat constantly till thickened. Add vanilla. Eat as pudding or put in graham cracker crust or baked pie shell. Cool.
