2-3 lb chicken, cut into pieces
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 c milk
paprika
1 1/2 c flour in bag
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Roll chicken pieces in egg and milk mixture. Salt, pepper and paprika pieces. Place each piece in bag of flour and shake until coated.

Cook in pan with enough oil to brown (skin side first). After browning on both sides, cover with lid and reduce heat. Cook for about 30 minutes
