Steak and Vegetable Soup Recipe

2 pounds boneless beef sirloin-or left over roast/steaks cubed up
1 tbsp oil
1 1/2 chopped onion
3 garlic gloves, or 2 tbsp Garlic Garlic©
2 lbs. red potatoes cut up
3 cups baby carrots
1 lb package frozen green beans
2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/2 tsp pepper
84 oz of beef broth
3 tbsp steak sauce (A-1)

Cut up beef into 1/4 thick strips or bit size chunks.
Heat oil in skillet and brown meat for about 5-6 mins. Add onions and garlic and cook an additional 4 mins.
Add remaining ingredients in large soup pot; mix well. Bring to boil, lower heat, and 15-20 mins. until vegetable are done, stir occasionally.
About 10-12 servings.
