3 1/2c. milk
2/3c. flour
6 tbsp. Nestle's CoCo (brown small box)
1c. Sugar
1-2 pkgs. large biscuits (ready to cook)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, CoCo, and flour in a large sauce pan and add enough milk to mix thoroughly.
2.In another pan, heat on low the rest of the milk. until hot.
3. Pour hot milk into CoCo mixture and cook over medium heat stirring consistently until it thickens into a gravy like substance.
4. On the side, cook bacon and cool, crumble into bits.
To serve, break apart biscuits and butter them, pour CoCo over them and sprinkle with bacon. Best served hot.

I learned to cook this from Betty Daniel, Tim's mom. It was his favorite breakfast as a kid. It is a little rich and overwhelming at first if you grew up with bagels and cream cheese. But it's a southern delicacy. ENJOY!!
