1-2 ripe avocados peeled and mashed
1 tbsp. finely chopped (red) onions
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced
2 tsp. lime juice, fresh
Salt and pepper to the taste

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine avocados, onion, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, and mash with a fork.
Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
