4 pieces Phyllo Dough
1/2c. Brown Sugar
1/4tsp. Ground Cloves
1 tsp. Cinnamon/Ginger/ Corn Starch
1/8 tsp. Salt
1 1/2c. canned Pumpkin Puree
1 1/2c. fat-free Evaporated milk
1/2c. egg substitute
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

1. Coat lightly 9in. pie pan with cooking spray
2. Cut Phyllo sheets in half, place one sheet in the pan and lightly spray and top with another.
3. Press into pan and roll the edges
Bake 10mins. at 350 until light brown
4. In another bowl, whisk pumpkin, milk, egg, vanilla (wet ingredients)
5. Gradually, add dry ingredients to wet.
6. Pour over crust Bake 50mins. on 350.
*Cover crust edges with foil if they become too brown.
7. Cool completely before serving with fat-free whip cream or vanilla ice cream.
