2 to 3# fresh Halibut (you may use Cod)
Season salt
1 Medium Onion chopped fine
2 Red Peppers, chopped fine
1 1/2 Cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Cup Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º
Cut Halibut (or Cod) into chunks and lay into pan. Sprinkle with season salt. Combine onions, red peppers, cheese's and Miracle Whip. Spread over the top of fish. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes. This can also be cooked in a pan on your grill. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or as a side dish.

This is an excellent fish dip. The first time I had it was in Washington at my brother Gordon's (Butch) home. The fish was fresh from the ocean. mmmmmmmmmm
