1 Cup Cocoa
2 Cups chopped Pecans or Walnuts
1 Tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter lightly (1) large baking sheet (18x2x12) or two small cookie sheets.
Combine powdered sugar and cocoa in large bowl, stirring until cocoa is evenly mixed. Set aside.

Cut Velveeta into small chunks and combine with margarine in a large kettle. Heat over low heat stirring to prevent sticking until margarine and Velveeta are completely melted.

Remove from heat and quickly add vanilla, pecans and stir in powdered sugar/cocoa mix.

The fudge will be very thick. It is necessary to mix quickly and turn out onto cookie sheet(s).

As soon as fudge is set cut into 1 or 2 inch squares. Store in cool place. Great for gift giving.
