2 ½ Cups sugar
½ Teaspoon Salt
5 Eggs
1 Qt. Whipping Cream (or as much as you can afford)
5 Tablespoons Vanilla

Directions:
Wash eggs thoroughly in diluted Clorox water before cracking. Make sure none have cracks.
Blend eggs, sugar and salt in blender until very well beaten. Add cream and vanilla. Stir until well blended. Pour into ice cream freezer and add milk to the fill line. Do not overfill. This will cause ice cream to not freeze. Freeze according to your freezer directions. Makes five quarts.


SECRET CHOCOLATE SAUCE

1/2 CUP PLUS TWO TABLESPOONS COCOA
3 CUPS SUGAR
½ TEASPOON SALT
1 ½ CUPS MILK (SCANT)
GLUB WHITE CORN SYRUP
1/4 CUP BUTTER
1 TEASPOON VANILLA

Mix cocoa, sugar, salt, milk and corn syrup. Cook and stir until it boils. Reduce heat and do not stir for five minutes. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Cool in sink in ice water. When cooled to luke warm, beat by hand for two minutes. Store in covered container
