½ C. Butter (not margarine)
2 C. grated Parmesan Cheese (fresh)
½ C. Heavy Cream plus 2 Tbsp.

1 lb. dried pasta

2 Tbs butter
1/2 lb peeled and cleaned deheaded fresh shrimp (medium size)
1 tsp. Tony Chaceres

Rinse cleaned shrimp and pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle Tony's on shrimp and toss to coat. Heat 2 Tbs of butter in saute pan. Add shrimp and saute until shrimp turns pink. Remove from heat and set aside.

Prepare pasta according to package directions. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter, heavy cream, and half of the Parmesan cheese, cook over low to medium heat.

When the pasta is done drain and pour into a bowl. Add the shrimp to the melted cheese, stir. Then add the melted cheese/shrimp mixture to the pasta. Combine and then add the remaining Parmesan cheese. If you like you can add some salt, and white pepper to season.

Use fresh parmesan cheese. The flavor is richer than can parmesan.

You can substitute Shrimp for Chicken. Use 2 boneless Chicken Breast, cubed and cooked.
