1 box orange cake mix
2 teaspoons orange extract

Icing:
1 (16 oz) cool whip
1 (16 oz) sour cream
2- cups powdered sugar
½ teaspoon orange extract

Cake:
Mix cake mix according to package directions. Add 2 teaspoons orange extract to cake. Let cool.

Icing:
Mix all above in bowl. You can change icing color by adding food coloring.
