1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 (8 oz. each) pkg cream cheese
2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. whipped topping
4 pkgs coconut cream instant pudding mix
5 c. milk
16 oz. whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour, and 1 tbsp. sugar as for pie crust. Press into a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake 20 min at 350º. Cool. Place cream cheese, powedered sugar,and 2c. whipped topping in a bowl and mix well. Fold in pudding mix and milk. Beat until thickened, then spread mixture over the cooled crust. Top with whipped topping. You can cover with a cup of toasted coconut.

This recipe originally came from Washington - it was said to have been served at a President's daughter's wedding in the Rose Garden. We served it alot at Ma's Cupboard and always sold out.
