3/4 c butter or oleo (1 1/2 sticks)
1/2 c confectioners sugar
2 1/2 c cake flour
1/2 t salt
1 t vanilla
3/4 c chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Add butter to sifted flour and salt. Add vanilla and pecans.

Roll into walnut size balls. Bake in 350º oven 14-17 minutes. Roll hot cookie balls in confectioners sugar. After cool, roll in sugar again.
