Peach French Toast Recipe

1 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Butter
3 T Peach Juice
20 oz Sliced Peaches
6 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1 T Vanilla
1 loaf French Bread, sliced

Topping
1 c Brown Sugar
1/3 c Butter
3 T Peach Juice or Maple Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Drain peaches and reserve syrup; set aside. In a saucepan, heat brown sugar and butter on medium-low heat until the butter is melted. Add juice and continue cooking until sauce becomes thick and foamy; pour into a 9 x 13 pan. Place peaches on top of cooled sauce and cover with sliced of bread placed close together. Blend together eggs, milk and vanilla until well mixed. Pour over bread. Combine topping ingredients and place over ingredients in pan. Cover pan and refrigerate overnight.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 40 minutes. May need to loosely cover with foil for the last 10 - 15 minutes if browning too quickly.
