1 Pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Cup Water
4 Eggs
1 Small Pkg. Instant Vanilla Pudding

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Pour the batter into a 13x9 greased/floured baking dish. for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. When cool I sprinkle powdered sugar on it instead of a glaze or frosting.
