2 pounds ground beef
2 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
pat of butter for each burger
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first four ingredients together and divide into parts. Pat into
a 7" circle and put in each circle a tablespoon of each, onions,
pickle relish, cheese and a pat of butter. Then fold over like a
turnover. Cook on grill until done to your liking.
