2 packages ramen noodles
1 package sunflower seeds
1 package slivered almonds
melted butter
1 large head bok choy, chopped
12 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Break the ramen noodles into a 9x13 baking dish, discarding the seasoning packet. Add the sunflower seeds and almonds.

Drizzle with melted butter. Roast at 300º for 20 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Combine with the bok choy, and green onions in a large bowl.

For the dressing combine the vinegar, oil, soy sauce and sugar in a small bowl, and whisk to mix well. Add to the salad and mix gently.
