Homemade Egg Noodles Recipe

4 eggs
1/4 cup half & half
1 1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups flour
chicken broth, for cooking

Break eggs in a bowl and add half & half and salt. Beat with
fork until well blended. Add flour and beat until dough is stiff.
Put on well floured board. Divide dough in half and leave balls
on a floured board covered with a towel to rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out dough to less than 1/4 inch thick. Then cut into
desired size noodles and dry. When time to cook, place 6
cups of chicken broth in a pot and bring to a boil. Place
noodles in broth until done; about 8-10 minutes. Serves 8.
