Pumpkin Bars Recipe

2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
1 cup cooking oil
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts

3 oz. Pkg. soft cream cheese
3/4 stick margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tblsp. cream or half and half
3 cups powdered sugar
Beat with an electric mixer.

Mix these ingredients well sugar, eggs, pumpkin and cooking oil. Then add flour,baking powder, soda, cinnamon, chopped nuts. Bake in large bar pan, greased and floured at 325 for 25 minutes or longer.

Frost bars when they cool.

These freeze well
