Use glass jar with lid, like peanut butter jar, 1/4 full of water, little salt, 2 T flour, add more water and close jar and shake.

Thoroughly stir in skillet or roaster. Thicken with flour or thin with water as desired, using spatula to get brownings from pan. If too brown use milk to thin gravy. If you want cream gravy, use milk instead of water.
