Directions:
Directions:
Peel potatoes, cut into quarters and store in pot of cold water to keep from browning. Steam potatoes with enough water to cover, do not overcook. Drain and save potato water for gravy. Add 1/2 stick of butter or butter to taste. Let melt and then mash. Stir in cream or milk until desired thickness. Alat and pepper to taste. Low fat milk may not be a good choice for mashed potatoes.
