1 lb. lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove arlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. salad oil
1-10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach
1-1lb. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
1-8oz. can tomato sauce
1-6oz. can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. salt
1-7oz. package shell macaroni, cooked
1 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 well - beaten eggs
1/4 c. salad oil

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef, onion and garlic in 2 tbsps. salad oil.

Cooke spinach per package instructions. Drain and reserve the liquid. Add enough water to liquid to make one cup. Combine the spinach liquid, the spaghetti sauces, tomato sauces, tomatoe paste and salkt, then stir into meat mixture.

Combine the spinach with macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/4 c. salad oil. Spread the spinach mixture in a 13" by 9" by 2" baking dish. Top with meat mixutre.

Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until very hot. Let stnad five to ten minutes before serving.
