4 medium baking potatoes
vegetable oil
1/2 C. sour cream
1/4 C. milk
1/4 C. butter
1/4 C. Shredded sharp chedder cheese
3/4 tsp salt
dash pepper
4 slices of bacon- cooked and crumbled-

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes, rub skins with veg. oil bake at 400 for 1 hour.
Allow to cool.
Cut 1 inch strip from top of potato, scoop out pulp.
Mix pulp and above ingredients in medium bowl until light and fluffy.
Stuff back into potato skins. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Top with crumbled bacon.
