1 c. raw rice, cooked
2 cans Campbells Chicken and Rice Soup
1 small onion, diced
2 stalks celery, diced
1/2 t. Curry Powder
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 can mushrooms, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Add 2 cans soup to sauteed onion and celery. Add cheese, curry and mushrooms. Stir in cooked rice. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
