5 lbs fajitas
2 cups French's Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Soy Sauce
Beau Monde seasoning 1/2 jar (Spice Island)
Garlic powder
Unseasoned meat tenderizer
Lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice. Clean and pound meat with a meat clever, not to tenderize, but to make fajitas uniform in thickness. Cut into 10 inch pieces. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer, Beau Monde and garlic. Do both sides then brush meat with marinade.. Place in zip loc bags; pour remaining marinade into bags and let marinate for 2 to 4 hours.Cook over hot coals for 6 minutes on one side, and 5 on the other. Cut across the grain into serving strips for tacos. Serve with flour or corn tortillas and Pico De Gallo.
