3 1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
3/4 cup cold mashed potatoes(without adding milk)
4 cups flaked coconut
1 tsp almond extract
4 whole squares unsweetened chocolate
1/3 of a 5 x 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 block of paraffin wax
6 oz pkg chocolate chips

In a large bowl mix together the powdered sugar, mashed potatoes, coconut and extract. Form into walnut size balls, dipping hands in powdered sugar to keep frtom sticking. Place on wax paper and let dry while preparing chocolate coating.
Mix together the unsweetened chocolate, paraffin and the chocolate chips in a double boiler over medium heat until smooth. Dip balls in chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.
