3 egg yolks
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp vanilla
Bag of sweetened coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Beat yolks and milk in saucepan. Add sugar, butter, and vanilla. Cook over medium heat until thick - stir often. Once soft ball stage (run spoon through and it holds line for a few seconds) remove from heat and add coconut and pecans.

If you don't stir the egg/milk mix while it cooks you get gross egg bits.
