5 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil (or butter)
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of cinnamon

Directions:
Beat all ingredients together except the apples. After the batter is incorporated, add the apples. Pour into greased Bundt pan and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 350º for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.
