10 eggs
1//2 c. milk
2 pkgs. Crescent Rolls
1 lb.ground sausage, browned and drained
2-3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 large bag frozen Hash Browns (cubes)
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer the ingredients in a greassed 9x13 casserole in the following order:
Crescent Rolls- press both rolls into pan like pie crust, bottom and sides of pan
Sausage
Frozen Hash Brown Cubes
Cheese
Eggs - beat eggs with dry mustard, milk, S&P and pour over the top as the last layer

Bake for 30-40 minutes or until center is set. Let casserole stand 5 minutes before serving.
