Mostaccioli Salad Recipe

1 box (16 oz) Mostaccioli Noodles
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup canola oil
1/2 large cucumber diced into small pieces
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp garlic powder

Cook noodles in water until done. Drain. Place noodles in bowl.
Pour 1/2 cup of canola oil over the noodles. Add remaining
ingredients and stir.

This pasta dish is better if allowed to sit for an hour or so before
