1 egg
1/2 C oil
3/4 C brown sugar
1 1/2 C Oat Bran
1/2 C milk
1/2 C sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 C flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 C dried fruit (raisins or cranberries)
1/2 C nuts, chopped

Mix together egg, oil, brown sugar, Oat Bran
Add milk, sour cream, vanilla
Combine flour with .baking soda, salt and add to first mixture.
Add in dried fruit and nuts.
Line muffin pan with paper cups and fill each 3/4 full.
Bake 375/ 25 to 30 minutes
