Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
8 ounces of balsamic vinegrette marinade
3 portabello mushrooms, sliced
4 to 6 slices of provalone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place breasts in a large, resealable plastic bag and pour in marinade. Press the air out of the bag and seal tightly. Turn the bag to distribute marinade and place bag in a bowl; refrigerate for 1 to 4 hours.

Remove chicken breasts from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken over direct medium heat 8 to 12 minutes, or until the meat is firm and the juices run clear. Turn the chicken halfway through grilling.

During the last minutes of cooking, cover each breast with slices of mushrooms then on top of that, 1 to 1/2 slices of cheese. Ready to serve when cheese is melted. May serve with unused marinade on the side.
