2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 pkg. (2 1/2 oz each) thinly sliced deli Ham (chopped)
3/4 cup mayo
1/3 cup real bacon bits
2 or 3 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tubes of refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except biscuits.
2. Take the biscuits and cut each one into half. Form into a little muffin cup (you will need a mini muffin tin)
3. Fill each muffin cup with about 1 tbsp. of the mixture.

Cook for 9-11 minutes at 450º
(If you already have the oven at 350 because you are making multiple appetizers, you can just put them in for about 12 minutes and it will work the same.)
