1 can pinto beans
1 can white corn
1 can black-eyed peas
1 can garbanzo beans
1 jar chopped pimento
1 sm. can jalapeno peppers
1 sm. red onion
1 green pepper (diced)
1 yellow pepper (diced)

Dressing:
1/2 C. vinegar
1/2 C. sugar
1/3 C. oil

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and cool the dressing. Drain the cans and add peppers and onion. Mix with the dressing. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
