One 2 1/2 lb. chicken in water
salt
onion
garlic powder
2 pkg. frozen brocolli (drained)
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup miracle whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. curry powder
½ cup sharp grated cheese
½ cup bread crumbs
1 T. melted butter.

Directions:
Use cooked chicken in water, salt, onion, and garlic powder. Simmer in pan for about 30-40 minutes. Let cool in liquid for flavor. Cook 2 pkg. Frozen brocolli and drain. Arrange in greased dish or foil-lined metal pan. Grease foil. Take chicken off bone-slice and put over brocolli in pan. Combine 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup, 1 cup miracle whip, 1 tsp. lemon juice, ½ tsp. curry powder. Pour over chicken and brocolli. Top with ½ cup sharp grated cheese, mix ½ cup bread crumbs with 1 TBS. Melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min.
