2 3 oz. pkg Lemon Jello
2 cups boiling water.
2 cups 7-Up

2 cups drained crushed pineapple
3 bananas cubed
1 &1/2 cups small marshmallows

Topping
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 Tbs. flour
2 Tbs. butter

1 cup whipping cream or cool whip
Grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool and add 7-Up
Pour into 9x 13 inch dish. Set aside until mushy.

Add pineapple, bananas and marshmallows
Let it set in refridgerator

TOPPING
Mix pineapple juice, egg, sugar, flour and butter in a double boiler and cook until thickened. Cool. Fold in whipped cream or cool whip. Spread over jello and top with grated cheese.
