1 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar, packed
1/2 butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c sugar
1 egg
2 T milk
2 T lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla

Heat oven - 350
In a large mixer bowl combine flour, brown sugar and butter. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is crumbly (2-3 min). Reserve
1 c of mixture for topping; press remaining mixture in 8" pan. Bake for 8-10 min or until lightly browned. In small bowl beat all filling ingredients until smooth (4-5 min); spread over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Continue baking for 23-30 min. Cool and cut.
