1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can potato soup
8 oz. sour cream
4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients except 1/2 c. cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts
