1 pack of Knorr Vegetable soup mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped fresh onion
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, defrosted and drained

Large load of pumpernickel bread

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate 2 to 3 hours to blend flavors.

Cut hole out of bread, scoop out bread. It should look like a bowl.

Fill hole with spinach dip, Cut up the inside bread pieces to dip with.
