2 lbs ground beef (fresh not frozen)
1 egg yolk
1 cup fresh chopped onion
1/4 cup yellow mustard ( you can't use brown)
1 tbsp A.1. Steak sauce
1 large loaf white bread
salt & pepper if you like

Directions:
Directions:
Mix meat, egg yolk, onion, salt & pepper in large bowl.
In small bowl mix mustard and steak sauce

Spread mustard mixture on bread slice. Spread meat mixture on top of mustard bread.
Cut into circles with cookie cutter.
Place on tray and freeze. When ready to use thaw and head in 375º for 10 minuets.
