3 packs cream cheese (8oz)
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
11/2 tsp. vanilla

topping:
1 cup sour cream
1/4 sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
strawberry preserves

foil cupcake papers

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Cream the cream cheese and sugar, add eggs one at a time and vanilla. Beat until it forms a smooth batter. Place cupckae papers on cookie sheet.Fill foil cupcake papers 2/3 full. Bake for 40 minuets.
While cheese cakes are cooking, combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla by hand till smooth.
Remove cakes from oven, let cool 5 minuets. You will see a little dent in the center of cake. Fill with sour cream mixture, top with 1/4 tsp of strawberry jelly. Return to oven for 5 more minuets. Cool on Rack.
