1 9" Baked pie shell (cooled)
1 1/4 sticks margarine plus 2 TBS (Cold)
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
6 TBS unsweetened cocoa or 2 squares unsweetened melted chocolate
3 eggs (Cold)
Cool Whip or Whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream the margarine until white and fluffy. Add the sugar, vanilla and cocoa then beat till creamy. Add each egg one at a time with 3 minutes between each one while still beating. If it becomes watery, place in the freezer for 30 minutes and try beating again. Ingredients must be COLD. Place into pie shell and top with cool whip. May even garnish with chocolate shavings and sprinkled instant coffee.
