2 cups walnuts or pecans
1 TBS egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1 TBS cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 300ºF. Mix egg whites with the nuts until sticky. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over nuts. Stir until evenly coated. spread on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stir, and bake for another 15 minutes so they are toasted.
