3 lbs Chicken wings (or more)
salt and pepper

1 part (1/3 c.) melted butter
3 parts (1 c.) Louisiana Hot Sauce

For Extra Hot wings, add
1/2 part (2 T.) tabasco (optional for extra hot sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and throughly dry chicken wings. Salt and pepper wings and place in single layer on a baking sheet covered with non-stick foil. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown and crispy. Mix melted butter, hot sauce, and tabasco (for extra hot). Place cooked wings in a very large bowl and pour sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat.

Eat with ranch dressing and celery sticks.
