1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
6 eggs
butter
* cinnamon - optional
French bread or Texas Toast

Directions:
Directions:
Heat griddle to 375º
Beat flour, milk, sugar, salt, * and eggs with hand mixer until smooth.
Grease griddle with butter just before you drop the bread on.
Dip bread into egg mixture both sides.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Top with butter and syrup.

Go all out and top with Sliced bananas, walnuts, syrup and fresh whip cream, this is out of this world.
